how do I activate a new sim card that I have purchased for my phone because my old sim card has stopped working properly?  
IF I WANT TO CHANGE PLANS, BUT THE PLAN I WANT IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO NEW SUBSCRIBERS, HOW DO I GET AROUND THAT TO CHANGE MY PLAN? OTHERWISE I AM GOING TO LEAVE PUBLIC MOBILE AND SWITCH TO FREEDOM MOBILE. ANY SUGGESTIONS ON A WORK AROUND????
