Hi, I can’t download the app because of my region even though I’m currently in Ontario. I tried to follow the link and also searched for the app in my store but both didn’t work. Is it because of my phone itself? Because it’s a “European iPhone” but ...

The system won’t take my European Visa card or the vanilla prepaid card I bought today in hope that it’ll fix the problem. It doesn’t even give me the option to switch payment methods. (Using the website via mobile browser)
