My husband and I have both had our own accounts but both just got new phones. I arranged for the new SIMS but used the same email. There is nowhere to change one email. As well, we are both showing my phone number but he is receiving everything sent ...
I have the US/Canada plan but have no service in the Us. I have tried connecting manually as well as automatically but nothing. My husband gets service and our phones have the same settings but I don’t have any service.
