My husband and I have both had our own accounts but both just got new phones. I arranged for the new SIMS but used the same email. There is nowhere to change one email. As well, we are both showing my phone number but he is receiving everything sent to me. I have no service. The account number is also the same for both of us.
should I delete an account and start over ?

PM system is setup to accept one email for one account (phone number). If you have 2 accounts, you must have used 2 different email addresses for the 2 accounts.
Since you are using just one email address to login PM system, you need to reach out to PM CS agent to sort out the login credentials for the 2 account first.
