how do i change my sim card i received the new one  so how do i proceed now 

Voice not heard

Hi when I answer calls my voice isn't heard by the other party or there is a delay. My technician checked my phone and found nothing wrong. Said it's probably the service provider/sin card issue. Can you please help.
