Thank you computer geek! That works to call my own number, I appreciate that. But I guess service will get back to me and hopefully fix it so I can retrieve it the regular way. But in the interim that really helps. Thank you 

Yes, I can call out and receive calls just can't access voicemail any longer. I don't know how to reset network settings I am very not techy unfortunately.
