Help please!If I send an MMS to someone that doesnt have data, will they still receive the text but not be able to download it? Or will they not get anything and have no idea I texted them till data is on? Thank you!

Yes I did get a new PM number and it wouldn't let me port my number so I sent a private message to a moderator. They got back to me quickly and I responded back using my email, this was mid afternoon and didn't hear anything back from them. An hour ...
