I am so upset I have been emailing the moderator team since 4 this afternoon about my plan and how *611 is not working. I wasted my money on buying the voucher..... can someone please help me with this problem
I payed my phone bill on feburary 27th because i was going away on a trip and my plan was due on march 1st, and my phone is not working now. i caled *611 and they told me my account balence is $30.00 can someone please help me solve this problem?
I payed my bill yesterday and i can make calls but not recieve them, it goes automatically to voicemall, i can't recieve texts messages either Can someone help me solve this please??
