i just tried to pay my phone bill with the payment voucher and *611 is not working please help me i need to use my phone as soon as possible

You can submit payment vouchers through PM Self-Serve. This will get the fastest results, if there are no problems.
Otherwise, your only options are to keep trying *611 or to message the mods.
