I am so upset I have been emailing the moderator team since 4 this afternoon about my plan and how *611 is not working. I wasted my money on buying the voucher..... can someone please help me with this problem

@samsuungs6edge0 when you say emailing, I hope you mean private messaging.  That is the only way to contact the moderators.

Don't know your pin?--provide any 3 of the following:

How long until they reply?:
  • Office Hours: Mon-Friday 9am to 9pm, and Saturday & Sunday from 9am to 7:00pm [Toronto Time].
