I payed my phone bill on feburary 27th because i was going away on a trip and my plan was due on march 1st, and my phone is not working now. i caled *611 and they told me my account balence is $30.00
can someone please help me solve this problem?

It is possible that the payment did not work. Are you able to login to the account to check account status?
