I have no network access this morning so I can't make, receive calls, or text. This is the first service interruption I have experienced in 4 yrs since signing up with Public Mobile. Sent a PM to CS agent.
I got a new credit card and forgot to update my account. Today I got an SMS about it and updated my details, but now I'm not seeing the auto renew option with the $2.00 discount. Will this update next month? I've been a member since 2020.
US cell phone towers is not an issue as the closest town in Maine is over 80 km from the border. Moto E 2020 is not on the pm voLTE list but voice works just fine. Tested by calling myself using my home phone.

Under network options the preferred network option are LTE (recommended) and 3G. With 3G set I do get 4G though. Should I be using the recommended LTE setting? Choose network option shows Telus and Bell available but Bell is unable to connect.
