Does anyone know why Public is not able to process payments at this time, i.e., this afternoon, Sunday April 6th?  It says to try again later, but it has been saying that for two hours.  
If I change plans to the one listed on offer in the image below, will I retain my calling features even though they are not listed in the offer as they are in the offer above it?  Will I retain my call display, voicemail etc.? 
My friend's account has this offer, but I do not see it on my account as an offer.Does anyone know why?  How is that fair?He has the $15 250MB plan.  I have the $25 1GB plan.
