Different Accounts Offered Different Plans

My friend's account has this offer, but I do not see it on my account as an offer.
Does anyone know why?  How is that fair?
He has the $15 250MB plan.  I have the $25 1GB plan.

Hi @Ponder 

if you have a $25 plan now, you will only see another $25 plan with 20GB data, and other more expensive plan

PM has changed to a Targeted marketing approach and only selected plans are shown and can be changed to.  

You might want to check with support and see if they can help to downgrade to the $20 plan you want, no guarantee, only some lucky one got their help

Hi Ponder, it’s part of a game called marketing, but moreover it’s upselling. 99% of offers will be for more expensive plans, making downsizing difficult, but not impossible. I’ve read comments on here about certain members achieving the downsized plans via agent support, or by strategically moving down in plans when you can (keep checking your offers and you might, as BKNS27 said “Just have to wait until Boxing Day or Christmas deals in your account”)      Not sure if this helps, but best of luck to you!

Unfortunately, PM targets members with different plans. Not every members will be offered the same plan that others have in their account. 

I agree that it is not fair but you can only switch to plans offered in your account.

Just have to wait until Boxing Day or Christmas deals in your account.
