Its $40 since the additional fee is a temporary discount but yes its a good plan, esp if you travel or make lots of international calls

If you have a PERMANENT travel SIM you can register multiple numbers with your bankIf you are grabbing a new SIM each trip getting new number then no you need to do something else (call bank is easiest option)
