If I am in Canada, can I make free calls to the United States?if i am in USA, can i make free calls within the US and back to Canada?  How much of my 50 gb data can I use in the USA? 

Unable to send picture through mms

I have an iphone 15 pro max. Mms is enabled in iMessage app. I did a reboot of phone. Unable to send a picture through mms and also unable to receive a picture mms.
