I subscribed to the new Canada/US plan which includes US roaming. When I crossed the border I turned on roaming and selected AT&T. 5 minutes later I got a text from PM telling me to uproar roaming plan. Obviously I didn’t do it. What am I doing wrong...

I got the $30 US roaming package but Data part didn’t work. Found out it was because I had 3G. I changed my plan to 4G but still not able to use the US roaming data part. Have rebooted etc but no luck. Thoughts?
