I noticed in redflags that there is a promo going if we switch from public mobile to telus. We get 60gb for 25cad. Does anyone have any idea

They are saying my esim is incompatible

I use iphone 14 pro and when i am trying to transfer to esim they are saying my phone in incompatible. What should i do

I will swtich my phone and need to know if i will need to again buy the esim. I did not know i will need to pay again or not. If i have to pay again please cancel my current  esim
