Why are current customers getting screwed? Why is it that current plan owners cannot downgrade their plans from a higher price point to a lower price promotional plan.Public Mobile this is extremely bad business practice!
Can anyone at Public Mobile help me or others that are loyal customers get the new susbscriber only plans? Existing customers shouldn't be left in the dark shame on you public!
I did complain, because I asked 3 or 4 agents and it was a NO.. CCTS took my case and deemed it was valid. provided ccts all the necessary info, and got the plan I wanted...good luck Master_P
I filed a complaint with ccts. I gave Public enough chances to do the right thing. This is a prepaid service and everyone should be allowed to downgrade their plans if they chose to.
