Unauthorized withdrawals from account after pausing service

Placed service into pause but Public withdrew funds from credit card for 3 months until I reported a lost or stolen phone , they refused to reimburse me .

Placed service into pause before payment date ,they still withdrew funds ,this happened for 3 months in a row

I believe you have to subscribe to the Can - US- Mex. plans which I have and work well . As to add-on not aware of any
