Hi,My wife and I recently signed up for US Roaming packs for our trip to Alaska, and the coverage map showed it should work in and around Anchorage, but my wife and I never got any signal. Can we get a refund for this service we couldn't use?Thanks.

I agree, a footnote should be added if it's a known issue.
