Hi my friend just joined because of me and the can us 34$ plan.  On his first day he realized he selected the $34 plan that doesn't have can us.  Then he switched to the correct plan and paid $34 again on the same day his first.  How can he be refund...

I was charged $5.65 the other day and I cannot figure out why.  I've checked my account and I did not add an add-on.  Please help.Thanks.
