Last payment pre-authorized Nov 11. Next payment due Dec 11th. How long does it take for cell phone to rectivate? Current status is active for account.

Hello, I have tried the removing sim card solution, but I still have the same problem. Could someone please help me.

I tried making a call and it said my phone was not registered
