@JK8 Does that mean if I travel outside North America to a different country anywhere else there is no way for me to get service? Not even receive texts and calls?

I was using 0091 to make calls, but as soon as I changed to +91 I could start making calls. Thank you for the suggestion and help. Much Appreciated

It is a number I called before. Yes, it shows active in my account.

It says your call cannot be completed as dialed.
