This is terrible... How do you get any support around here??? I've sent private messages with all the necessary information and screen shots of my account...and I've also put post's up daily with no response from any of the moderators! I have not bee...
I have sent 4 private msg and still have not received a response, I am unable to make and receive calls and texts messages, can someone please help me?
I have been with public mobile for around 5years now, I just switched from my grandfathered plan to a new plan and as soon as it switched I am unable to make and receive calls and text messages! My plan is active and everything is paid... I have done...

I am unable to make and receive calls and text messages, my plan is paid and I have unlimited talk/text province wide with 2GB data... can someone please help me resolve this issue!?
