I am unable to make and receive calls and text messages, my plan is paid and I have unlimited talk/text province wide with 2GB data... can someone please help me resolve this issue!?

If U were on the GF Legacy plan, U would have had to call in to PM to request a Plan change, then receive an email to confirm that change

I've been with PM for years but I just switched plans from the old ones to the new one.
