Why can’t I see my new plan? My account says plan expired. I’m on vacation with no plan?

Yes, you pay at the beginning of the cycle, so at the end of each cycle you will pay for the next unless you cancel. The reason I suspect is they don’t want you to use the data/time then quit the service.

You choose either immediately or at the start of a new cycle, not at the end of a cycle, there’s a few minutes lag time there at midnight I believe 

Yea sometimes publics seems to limit call time especially around supper time.

25$ plan is not limited to 100 minutes. I have the 25$ plan and sometimes I get the message “ charges may apply” just disregard. I do and I never get charged extra.
