When porting a number through self-serve for a family member from their previous provider (Telus) everything  goes fine up until I click continue and then it loads for awhile and then stops and sits on the page.Error message returned is: Uncaught Sys...
 Lost my old phone and trying to replace my new phone with a new sim card. It's has to be done entirely through a bot to ticket submission system and it's confusing and taking forever. What gives? How long is t his process supposed to take?
