Lost my old phone and trying to replace my new phone with a new sim card. It's has to be done entirely through a bot to ticket submission system and it's confusing and taking forever. What gives? How long is t his process supposed to take?

Unfortunately not. I did get a reply from a moderator asking for conformation and responded accordingly but I'm still waiting for the sim card to be activated.

Hi, have you checked to see if your phone works? Have you inserted the new SIM card?
It is possible the process is done but they have not advised you yet.

@Showkace :Yeah having to wait for Moderator to swap SIM card is something alot people don't agree with, especially since we used to be able to swap it ourselves in self serve not too long ago. Here a link to why it got changed:

Have you alraedy submitted the ticket? Official moderator hours ended at 10pm Easterm Time, so at this point, I wouldn't expect an answer until tomorrow.

It can take anywhere from a couple of hours to several hours.
Once you have the new SIM card, contact the moderators to advise them of the new SIM number.
