I live in white rock, BC.
Sometimes my phone will think I am in the US and will stop working for me, I cant receive or make calls since I don't have an add on. although i am not in the US.
How can I fix it?
Ive been using PM for 2 months now, and didnt have any issues, sometimes at night i would get messages from PM that I am in the US and need to buy an add on package, but I never had trouble of making calls
Today for almost half a day I did not have an cellular service

next time this happens I will try to disable roaming data.
I think it might be because i have dual sims, I have one from Israel since I get mobile data much cheaper there.
I will update if it helped
Disabling data roaming will not help with the inability to make or receive phone calls because of accident network swtiching, nor will it prevent you from connecting to U.S. networks. The settings are unrelated to what you've been asking about. The only way you're going to achieve this is through manual network selection.

Hi @osher7788
Perhaps also try disabling "roaming" on your device? May or may not work... let us know.

See if you can manually select Public Mobile network when that happens.
