Website not taking payment

I've been trying to pay my bill, but the website keeps rejecting my new credit card information.  The information I entered has been quadruple checked, everything is good on my side.  My bank confirmed the issue appears to be on Public Mobile's side.  Now Public Mobile has deactivated my account.  How can I get ahold of a live agent to assist?

@mruncie Try using incognito/private browsing mode. Alternatively, you can purchase PM voucher from retail stores or gas stations. You can also get it online from recharge.com.

Sorry, but there are no live agents who you can get immediate assistance from.

 

Your can open a ticket to a moderators by going to:  https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot

 

For now, if you need to make a payment immediately, you can purchase a voucher from a retail store or from an online store such as ding.com or recharge.com.
