First time using this service, do I have to do anything to my phone, or do I just start roaming as soon as I cross border????? I have purchased the 10 day roaming package, one for my phone which is Iphone 7, and my wifes which is samsung 7.....thanks...

I get a text saying my data is at 95 percent, I am on 120 plan where I get 12 gb....I look at my usage on my selfserve page and I have not even used 1 gb yet......Also using iphone so when I want to get I msg I can only do that on WIFI.....Please hel...

I purchased the talk and text for US roaming to use phone while on vacation, could never get it to work, Can a moderator arrange a credit to my account? As soon as I got back to canada phone worked fine, thanks.

I am currently on the 12 gb , 3 month plan, I was trying to text and talk with family members that were at home, all on area code 519........I was in new orleans on vacation, everyone else with us were on robbers and had no problems....thanks

Thanks for the mention of FIX that helped some people, but I must mention that I found this fix by going thru the discussion area, and It was posted by another member, who I can not remember who it is, but they deserve credit for the FIX also.

if you can not receive calls then your port has probably failed, you will need to get a hold of a moderator to fix.
