So I used a referral code while activating my sim and account but I got charged the full amount of my plan. Where can I find my 10$ credit?

If once the top 50% badge is earned, does it have to be maintained to receive the 1$ off per 30 days or is it a permanent achievement and discount?

Two questions here1. Does the mobile hotspot feature work with the plans available?2. Can I use it to replace a wi-fi plan for my home or will it be too slow?
