I recently changed my phone number and now my talk and text services do not work it shows my old phone number still as the current phone number in my settings any suggestions on what I can do
Congratulations to everyone who keeps going above and beyond to help out fellow members especially newbies who are truly trying to navigate and learn the system.
I started putting them under blocked calls. But I think it's when we fill out surveys or various online information and they get our number they start calling. One was a sweepstakes give away. Which immediately made me question it.
I've had excellent coverage with data and no concerns with losing calls whatsoever. I just didn't get the promised promotion but overall I'm happy with my services.
