Recently my phone voice become very unclear after connected with the

I really don't know why my cibc visa card was refused by PM. I checked
with CIBC and was told everything is ok. And i also use it for
aliexpress, amazon, ebay, etc. I don't know why i can't use it here even
with the help from the moderator.
