@huinongyao add to what said above, you need to provide Freedom your PM's account number
To get the account number, login to My Account and check the Profile page

Simple.
Acquire a SIM card from Freedom, make sure your public mobile account is active, leave your Public Mobile SIM card in the device until you receive the port authorization request, respond yes, then put your freedom SIM card in.

When you sign up with Freedom to port your number out from PM leave your PM sim in your phone to receive the text to confirm the port. Once your number is ported out your PM account will be automatically closed.
