This morning, daughters account was cancelled because she had not paid
her account when due. Funny thing is, she was signed up for auto-pay and
her bank account proves that Public mobile took her money. She had to
pay manually a second time to re-ins...
I am really not sure what has happened on this one. I only know that

I have read the first 2 pages of this thread and have come to the
conclusion that it does not matter what anyone has to say to try to help
him/her whether it is the general community or the moderators. @angry1
seems to be hell bent on trashing Public...
