My plan goes from June 28-July 28.  Trying to upgrade from $25 to $35 but will only allow me to select the $15 plan.  Anyone assist?

Received money for kids phone plan for xmas, went to "make one time payment". Then added the $200 gift money and total came to $230....I adjusted to $176.00, making total close to $200. Clicked submit and balance does not show tax....why is there tax...

Is it true that you can turn on your data for all apps and it only be used if you open the app like Kodoo's?

Just hooked up 2 lines, plans states "Unlimited International Text and Picture Messaging". Texting working but pictures not. Other resolution here stated you had to have data on.....why would it not work when connected to Wifi ??  No where that I can...
