I'm a current customer and wanted to take advantage of the new $40/15GB plan. I clicked change plan now, but it did not change my current plan $45/6GB.Do I need a promo code? where do i get this?

I was wondering what the cost is if I go over my 250mb limit.I cant log into my account currently, to add more data.
