new 15gb plan not applied. Where do i get promo code?

I'm a current customer and wanted to take advantage of the new $40/15GB plan. I clicked change plan now, but it did not change my current plan $45/6GB.

Do I need a promo code? where do i get this?

if you scroll through the other plans they all show the same thing. unfortunately I don't think it applies to existing customers. I do believe the 3x points in the future could possibly be permanent. PM is in competition mode for some reason. they are leading the small 3

@walker1 I am getting it either way, but the 3x points would be nice.

When the 3x option came out initially, yes it was for new activations and it made it pretty clear the conditions on it.

However, this states pretty clearly 3x points with no conditions attached no * or number to read the fine print on it, not to mention it is in the change your plan section, so common sense would tell one that you can't be a new customer/activation if you are changing your plan to another one, no?

I don't expect it to be honoured and I know PM has a history of mixed signals and not being the best at clarifying things with confusing contradictions, but to me it would be pretty easy argument to say it should be honoured.

3x points is for new activations only and only for 12 months, I believe.

It's been discussed a million times already.    Are you hoping for a new gliche with the new points before taking the plunge already? lol

I just noticed I needed to complete the purchase of the plan. All is good now. thanks for your help!

click the refresh button under data usage. one needs to make sure they have manually loaded $40 into their available funds before clicking change now
