The activation portal only says alternate number in case if something goes wrong. Do I just call my number and if its not working on my old sim, that means it works with the public mobile sim?
I have the same problem. I'm on autopay and I tried to make a call. Says my account is suspended. Checked my public mobile account and tried to pay, but says unable to process transaction...
I think a board dedicated to money saving and deals would be interesting to have. Maybe also something like a weekly contest / game / draw to have that would result in a dollar off or some other prize? Doesn't even have to be monetary.
I'd say the community is the most interesting perk after I've joined. Didn't think it would be at all, but the community has been very helpful and I can ask questions easily.
