Data not accessible

I bought a new public mobile sim last month and I did a 15$ plan which was supposed to come with a 250mb data. However this data has been unaccessible. I use wifi at home but every time I step, I tried to switched to the 250mb data, it never worked. I have never had internet access to the 250mb data on my freedom mobile number and my subscription is to be renewed in 6 days time

Did you try the APN settings provided earlier? And then turning on cell data?

Your make/model got a little lost in translation... Huawei something -U02. What was the something?

@Bukas Do you have autopay set up?

• yes >> login to your account and see if there is a 250 meg block of data showing. If missing suggests you used it up.
• no >> autopay is required to get that data bonus

@Bukas what's the make and model of your phone?  If you could never access it. It sounds like a APN settings problem.  Enable data and try sending an mms message. If you can, your APN settings are correct.  Of you cant, in general,
