First I was skeptic, then I believed, then I loved. Told everyone I knew and tried to get them on board with this innovative, competitive and amazing service.
No more hassle, good value, great community. More then a cell phone provider, I felt loyalty, for one of the first times (I am not easily swayed) settled in, no longer had to worry about anything.
Money issues, tightening the budget- no problem! My bill went from $15 to $8. Occasionally needed data, no problem.
Wake up one day and some faceless PR team has filed for divorce.
It hurts.

@Boki I was thinking about Black Friday promos and will be some back to school ones in sept . But I think freedom mobile has some plan . For the year $119 . Not sure of the specifics because I haven’t investigated it because I’m not in freedom zone . But PM not the only one with. $15 plan .

WHAT promos are you talking about?
Any competing company mentioned here has 'promo' offer with prices lower than pubicM BUT after few month price go to regular one which is HIGHER than pubicMs.
So tell me just ONE company having lower price of $15 for basic service. Just one... And I might consider switching.

@Hollister Yes they might surprise us all after they switch all to the new point system . Then hike all plans $5 for icing on the cake . So they can fix the website . With a smoke screen message accompanying the price increase that’s says this is for your Best interest.

PM still might surprise us when the dust settles with some even better priced plans and enhancements. I have always been on the points system. Hoping there will be improvements down the road.

I am also not impressed. The new points system is not nearly as good for those of us loyal customers. I have too many referrals to move my business elsewhere though.
