Telus Limited Time Offer Nationwide Talk & Text 100

I'm currently on the PM $19 plan. I'm thinking of going for this Telus promotion and porting over. It works out to $8.33 per month. It seems like a no-brainer but since it's $100 up front I'm looking for some opinions before I commit. Are there any gotchas or anything I should consider before porting over? Thanks in advance for any input.

"New activations on Talk & Text 100 plan can receive an unlimited nationwide calling feature, unlimited SMS feature and 2GB of bonus data each month for one year for free. Offer available to new TELUS prepaid customers who select the “BONUS100” offer during activation."

@Joe_G  I saw that , I just wonder is it means unlimited incomming not out going like the $15!plan here at PM . Otherwise yea still seems like a good value you deal

@Handy1  Did you miss the bonus offer? It's unlimited minutes, SMS and 2GB monthly for a year.

@Joe_G  seems like good  deal , but I wonder is that 400 mins just for the year or each month because even if it is each month like 13 mins talk a day I’ve spend 10-15 mins on hold many times so that could get used up fairly quickly . But if you just need the phone for emergencies then it’s great value
