I had issues 4 maybe 5yrs ago right after public eliminated live person interaction. Same issue as I had today where,i put money to renew my plan and no service. Money was taken but no renewal. I tried using the website but it was a nightmare...that and my overall ignorance of computers made me give up and take the loss. So when the same issue arose today you could imagine my my anxiety was through the roof. Well I couldn't have been more wrong. Angelo was very helpful along with the community so much so I think it might help me over the trauma I felt when I first tried so many yrs ago lol.. but giving me back that money might help too lol..ok Ill let it go. Thanks again everyone for your help and anyone else that suffered through terrible grammer and sentence structure..
