Similar to TextNow 9.99 Sim but with LTE Tech

Is there a comparible sim like this https://www.textnow.com/wireless/sim-card that uses LTE ?  That you can pop into your phone and enables you to call and text in the US or Canada.  Thanks.

Connect to a wifi somewhere.

Reply to texts in the app.

Call back if need be in the app.

@will13am mom's going to the States for 3 days in July. I'm going to buy the SIM and stick it in her phone to test it. If it works,  great, if not. Thanks for the suggestions.

The only GSM network in Canada will be taken off grid by end of this year. So I'm not sure why you'd want to get something that only works for another 10 months or so?
