So I just happened to be checking out the Add-Ons ...

This is about a month ago. When I noticed that US Roaming Add-Ons were free. (Because of Covid, I think.)

This is today. When I noticed that US Roaming Add-Ons are no longer free.

But another thing I noticed is the prices. They all seem higher than they were before?

I don't have any screenshots or records of the old prices to compare.

Off-topic ... I like the crisp lettering in your screenshot. The text in my screenshots looks awful in comparison. Which browser and font were you using?

@Korth  here's a partial screenshot from May 23rd 2020. You can see 200mb Canada was $10 your screenshot it's now $5 but the USA ones are all the same price as yours.
