New Neighbour / Nouveau Voisin

So I changed over 3 lines from Telus to PM.. Took my first call and disconnected 20 times.. reached out to support and did everything they asked.. Still had the same problem... 

My signal strength was doing the Cylon dance.. 1-2-3-4-3-2 repeat.. 

 

Makes not sense with a tower about a km away.. 

Same on the other 2 lines...

 

Next morning with no fix in sight I went back to Telus and got reconnected... It cost me a half days pay to do that..
I don't expect refunds for the sims.. But I spent $135 getting the 3 lines connected and $55 to get them reconnected.. I would expect that PM would at least refund the $135 or the prorated amount (less 1 days service) 


the agent is saying they won't... who can I escalate to... they sold my something that didn't work..

@BWS001   so, you already went back to Telus?    Talk to your Telus support instead, they might be able to give you a one time credit since Telus owns PM
