buy voucher, like gift cards, from Shoppers won't earn you PCO points as suggested by @Chalupa_Batman earlier
You might see some 'offer" about points for gift card, but it is only for specific promotion. We NEVER see any promotion about getting bonus PCO points, nor regular points for buying PM vouchers there
Similarly, you won't get points why buying from gas station
and although paying by prepaid credit card is allowed, but there is a charge to get prepaid cc
