I tried to use this offer today and the provided number yielded people who know absolutely nothing about this offer and have no means of honouring it. Can you please explain how I can actually use this offer successfully?

@EvanEvan  yes 2 year term , and remember public mobile / Koodo and Telus are all under the same umbrella. So Telus dosent care much if you leave public for Koodo or Telus as your still feeding the same beast at the end of the day not to mention if you were referred to public mobile then that’s less they have to pay out to the friend that helped you join so it’s win /win situation for Telus to have you leave

What is "the Tab"?

How long is the term? 2 years?

Weird that PM makes an offer encouraging their users to leave.

I agree. It's a little unrelated to the original topic, but I have noticed that there are more messages within the community related to people asking how to port out to another carrier compared to people asking how to port in.
